1. General Bonus Terms & Conditions

1.1. Occasionally, we may run offers like bonuses, promotions, cashback, competitions, or giveaways (“promotions”). These are governed by our General Bonus Terms & Conditions (General Bonus T&Cs), alongside any promotion-specific terms. By taking part in any of these, you agree to these terms.

1.3. Simsino may change, remove, or update promotional terms at any time.
1.4. It’s your responsibility to check for updates. We’ll notify you of any changes to the general or specific promotion terms.
1.5. While we may offer terms in multiple languages, the English version will always prevail in case of any discrepancies.
1.6. Each bonus is limited to one per player, household, IP, email, phone number, and payment method. We may suspend or close duplicate accounts. Deposits remain unaffected, but bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed.
1.7. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be used within 7 days. After that, both the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited.
1.8. Once you activate a promotion, your deposit and bonus funds are combined into a “bonus balance.” To make a withdrawal, you must meet wagering requirements or forfeit the bonus. If withdrawing your deposit only, bonus funds and winnings are lost.
1.9. If you opt out of a promotion you’ve already joined, contact Simsino support before placing any bets.
1.10. A minimum deposit of 20 EUR (or currency equivalent) is required to claim bonuses.
1.11. The max bet during an active bonus is 4 EUR per spin/bet unless otherwise noted. Violations may lead to confiscation of the bonus and winnings.
1.12. Requesting a withdrawal before meeting wagering conditions forfeits your bonus and winnings.
1.13. Bonus funds appear separately from deposits and can only be withdrawn after converting to real money.
1.14. Bonus balances are spent in this order: deposit used to trigger the bonus, then bonus funds, then any remaining balance.
1.15. You may withdraw your real money before completing wagering, but this will void any bonus funds.
1.16. If both your deposit and bonus funds are used up before completing wagering, remaining requirements are cleared.
1.17. Once wagering is complete, deposit, bonus, and winnings become real withdrawable funds.
1.18. Bonuses are meant for fun—not for exploitation. Misuse or abuse may result in cancellation, banning from future promotions, or account closure. Abuse includes:

  • Multiple accounts
  • Using shared accounts or IPs to claim offers
  • Betting on restricted games
  • Collusion, software manipulation, or using VPNs
  • Delaying gameplay or using bonus hunting strategies

1.19. We may revoke any bonus issued in error.
1.20. Offers may be amended to fix typos or clarify terms, or withdrawn for legal or regulatory reasons.
1.21. Simsino reserves the right to exclude players from promotions at any time.
1.22. If you forget to activate a bonus before depositing, contact Customer Support before betting.
1.23. We may audit gameplay. Evidence of bonus exploitation may lead to revoked winnings and/or account closure.
1.24. Bonuses are intended for play—not immediate withdrawal. That’s why wagering is required.
1.25. Some promotions need you to opt-in via site/email link or by contacting support. You can opt out of promo emails anytime.
1.26. Bonuses stay active until wagering is met, lost, or expired.
1.27. Any winnings from spins or features initiated with bonus funds but completed using real money may be removed if the bonus has already been lost or withdrawn.
1.28. We can suspend or end promotions at any time.
1.29. These bonus terms may be updated at any time.

2. Specific Promotions

2.1. Free Spins (with Deposit)
Unless stated otherwise, free spins unrelated to welcome bonuses have a max withdrawal cap of 150 EUR.

2.2. Free Spins (No Deposit)

  • Max withdrawal from no-deposit free spins is 50 EUR.
  • Spins must be used within 7 days unless stated otherwise.

2.3. Instant Bonuses

  • Customer Support may issue bonus funds or cash. Max withdrawal = 5x bonus amount.
  • You must not have pending withdrawals to request this.

2.4. Wager-Free Bonuses

  • A one-time withdrawal voids the bonus. Remaining balance counts as bonus winnings.

2.5. Welcome Package

  • Two-part bonus:
    ● First deposit: 100% up to 250 EUR + 110 Free Spins
    ● Second deposit: 100% up to 250 EUR + 140 Free Spins
  • Bonuses are sticky and wager-free.
  • Spins are spread across 7 days (Rise of Merlin or Little Bighorn).
  • Minimum deposit: 20 EUR.
  • Max free spin withdrawal: 100 EUR.
  • Finland-only offer: Three sets of 50 spins for first deposit.
  • Affiliate promos may differ but can’t be stacked. Abuses result in forfeited winnings/account closure.
  • Only one welcome bonus per player/device/IP.
  • Players can choose Crypto or Standard bonuses—not both for the same deposit.
  • Crypto welcome package:

2.6. Cashback

  • Based on weekly losses (Fri–Thu), paid Friday 04:00 AM CET
  • Must have balance under 1 EUR and one deposit that week
  • Unused cashback removed after 14 days
  • Min cashback: 1 EUR; max: 10,000 EUR/week
  • Cashback has 1x wagering only

  • Free Spins/Cash Prizes earned from loyalty have no max withdrawal and limited validity
  • Points earned from all wagers; rate varies by bonus status and game type

2.7. Other Terms

  • Some bonuses are auto-applied; contact support to remove if needed
  • Game contributions to wagering vary—most slots count 100%, others are restricted (full list maintained by Simsino)
  • “Bonus Buy” spins count as full purchase price, not just stake
  • Special promos may alter wagering rules (e.g. table games may count in table promos)
  • Bonus hunting or delayed feature use may result in forfeiture per clause 1.23
  • Not all payment methods are bonus-eligible—check the cashier
  • Cash drops must be used within 7 days and have 1x wagering
  • Max withdrawal on no-deposit bonuses or cash drops = 5x bonus amount
  • Players from Poland are not eligible for bonuses
